Taylor Tattan is a licensed physical therapist and certified reiki master practitioner with a deep passion for holistic healing and movement-based care. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Springfield College, where she also competed as a Division III gymnast specializing on the balance beam.
Taylor brings advanced training in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, shaped through clinical rotations at Pepperdine University and EXOS Headquarters. She further refined her skills in athletic performance through a strength and conditioning internship at Champion Physical Therapy & Performance. Her clinical interests include low back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and the influence of the nervous system on chronic pain and movement limitations. She has pursued continuing education through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the Postural Restoration Institute.
In addition to her orthopedic expertise, Taylor is a reiki master dedicated to restoring energetic balance and supporting deep healing. She was first introduced to reiki while recovering from injuries during her gymnastics career and returned to the practice during the emotional challenges of graduate school. Reiki became a vital tool for nervous system regulation, deepening her belief in the mind-body-spirit connection.
Today, Taylor offers in-person orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy, virtual movement and pain coaching, and energy healing sessions. Her work integrates science, intuition, and education to help clients reconnect with their bodies and build lasting resilience—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Outside the clinic, you’ll find Taylor strength training, rock climbing, practicing yoga, hiking, or spending time with her family, friends, and two beloved kittens.
